« Older cottage, but clean and freshened up with paint. Small, but had everything you needed, including fans in every room, books, games, kitchen ware. Beds were not that comfortable for the older folks, fine for the younger ones. Shared access to kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards was a huge plus! « This guest house was so well cared for, including the smallest of details. It overlooked beautiful Lake St. Catherine throughout the home, with comfortable outside chairs, table and magnificent lake views. We had the best night’s sleep in the master guest suite. The owner was so thoughtful, even left us the most delicious muffins to help celebrate my husbands’s 75th birthday. Lively lake cottage . »

« This camp had everything we needed. The docks were perfect for our two boats. Great location for a weekend of fishing. The walls upstairs are open at the top, which meant not much privacy while sleeping. Bring earplugs if you’re staying with noisy sleepers! »

« Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...

Everything we could have needed was available on the property, it was very clean and comfortable, and the hostess was great at communicating details ahead of time. Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...

« This cottage on Lake Saint Catherine is perfect for a quiet getaway in a quaint Vermont town, especially if you love to fish or boat. The house has been updated with new kitchen features and a new shower. It has been stocked with a thoughtful supply of kitchen items and linens and was squeaky clean throughout. "I wasn't disappointed in terms of value for money; contrary to the reviews, this hotel may no longer have the luster of the old Holiday Inn, but I would honestly stay there again on my next visit to Rutland. The room was very nice, clean, with the expected little extras. The bed, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, and TV were all very good. And what about the location, which is very convenient, with all amenities nearby?"

"Cet hôtel a été pour nous une très belle découverte. Accueil très sympathique, quelques bons conseils sur les restaurants. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais elle était propre. Et les lits étaient confortables. On a apprécié la machine à café dans la chambre. Seul bémol : à 4 personnes, il y faisait vite chaud. On a aussi apprécié les chaises autour du brasero sur la terrasse à l'arrière de l'hôtel : c'était très agréable pour un petit apéro en famille. Nous nous sommes également bien amusés avec le jeu mis à disposition !! Autour, de bons restaurants typiques à découvrir et de belles randonnées à faire. Nous reviendrons sûrement à Killington. Et ce sera probablement à Après Inn !!!!"
