Les + : Plenty of staff, helpful. Great tours available at Expedia counter. Lots of activities for all ages. Shows nightly Dining on beach Fruit smoothies
Les - : food often cold on buffet line Lobster dunner on beach beautiful but steak very rare and lobster had been frozen and mush. Beds and pillows
Situation : Beaches and pools wonderful
We were very comfortable. Rooms adequate, food only fair. Staff friendly helpful, great help with luggage. Loved every tour we booked. Had a great time.

Les - : Everything: new rooms, better service, better food and much more....
Worst experience ever. To start off, when booking I am informed that the room has only been booked for 1 person instead of 2! So right off the bat, I have to cash out double of what I already paid. Then we get to our room and it was horrendous. The room smelt like mold, cockroach on the floor, stains on the sheets... overall a discussing room that really didn't make you want to sleep in. I had booked a queen size been as I was going there with my partner. We end up with 2 twin beds. When the reception was called and asked to change room I was told the hotel was booked and there was nothing they could do and to call back tomorrow. We were only staying 3 nights there. The first night was probably the worse night. There seemed to be a mattress on the bed but I've ever slept on something as uncomfortable as this, besides the bare ground itself. It was so hard that we couldn't say more than 10 minutes in one position or your blood stream would cut off in your arms, butt or back would go numb. Therefore we didn't even sleep that night. We then tried to change rooms the next and we told all we could do is upgrade, which we eventually agreed to an extra $90 just in order to have an inch more in our mattress. On the second night, my partner was thanked for coming by getting food poisoning. Throwing up the entire night, I've never seen him this sick. Therefore a whole other day gone to waste, and next day we had to leave under the rain. Worst experience, I really wish this to no one!

Bathroom dirty, you cant control the air conditioner or the heater in the room, long wait for customer service, bad food, bad drinks, I complained and they did nothing. I loosed my money there.

Les - : Deben mejorar el buffet de comida, que tenga mas variedad.
Mi estadia fue Buena, tiene buenas actividades, los restaurants son Buenos y las picinas y el parque de agua super bueno.

Vacation to Hell. Sirenis Resort Punta Cana, D.R.

Les + : Nothing. Will never go back. Will never recommend this resort. I was at RIU PALACE in Bavaro ,D.R. cleanest and most polite, eager to serve.

Situation : There is only an Aqua park within walking distance. Everything else you must be bused or take a shuttle.
Room was filthy, Toilet seat had no bolts, so it slid onto floor. Mold and mildew over the grout in showers, No Toiletries, ie, Facial Tissue, soap etc. One face towel for two people. Mold on the pillows. No pillow cases. Had to call 3 times in a hour an a half to get towels housekeeping took away. First room had sand inside bed on sheets. The room was never cleaned. Asked for new room it was only partialy cleaner. Concierge station only allows one reservation per restaurant per trip. All they were interested in is getting you to have a free breakfast in an all inclusive resort just to sell reserve membership. I would rather sleep in a gas station toilet then stay in that hotel again. Air conditioner did not function, only the fan worked so when it rained out clothes stayed wet with no chance of drying. Bathroom vanity in first room not even cleaned. Spray paint used to cover mold. Pool. Tile side inside pool were falling off with big cracks in side liner. Kids were pulling them off. First two days it rained no one squeeged the water around the resort so tiles were slippery my wife slipped and twisted her ankle the attendant just turned away with no apology or interest. Beach chairs had broken arms. Found six arms in crevice of tree. Stray dogs and cats roaming the grounds sometimes wandering in restaurants. First room TV did not work, nor did the phone. Had to use my cell phone to call the desk. Only one stand for two suitcases. Insufficient hangers glad I brought my own.

Older hotel with limited advantages

Expectations were realistic based on price. Still disappointed. Food was awful. Both myself and boyfriend were stuck in the bathroom for half of the trip. Staff heavily pushes VIP (vacation club package) until it's irritating. Overall staff was nice and pool/beach was great.

Good beach coverage but poor quality

The beach is nice. But the hotel staff is short and not friendly. They were not friendly and when we asked for items we often did not get them. We also were promised by our concierge that he can help us make reservations at restaurants. But he disappeared and never helped us. When I tried to find him I was transferred and hung up on several times when trying to find him. When I asked to talk to the manager I was adimantly refused. The hotel needs major reservations. Their are many many small problems all over the rooms. Door locks installed upside down... towel holders falling off wall. The food was ok and the drinks were ok. So from that perspective it was fine. But the worst was I fell out of the pool because of a slippery floor and I fell. I have bruises and also hit my head very hard. I had passed out briefly and that night I suffered a concussion. It was so horrible. I am a non drinker so alcohol was not a factor. One week later I still have many bruises and am very sore. It really knocked me back. The worst part is that when I brought it up to a staff member I was laughed off. So I just stopped their and let it be. After a rough trip I came home and Ann glad to be home..

The MOST HORRIBLE RESORT EVER!!

I was so disappointed in this resort! Never in my life have I been to such a old, outdated and horrible resort! The service really was a nightmares. Staff mean and unfriendly. My son asked the man in charge of the activities for a ball and the guy just stuck his hand in my sons faces and said NO! I mean if u want to be dissatisfied, waste your time and money then this is the place! I travel a lot, my wife and I take 4-5 vacations a year and this was a total disaster! We had friends with us and he asked the employees to go play golf because that is what they have in website and the employee said, "Oh we have it on paper but not in real life!" Or they have on inclusive menu for the room that's what they advertise, I asked for one and the staff gave me a hard time saying they r out of menus and never brought me one! Our ceiling was leaking by the A/C I've asked for them to fix it, all they did was drain the water on the floor used one of the towels on the room and then squeezed all the nasty water into my toilet and dropped all over the wiped down the doors a bit and left. My 8 years old olmost slipped and the bathroom had water all over the place, it was disturbing and that they call a 3.5 or 4 star service and resort!!!!! The food was horrid too. My kids only ate bread and butter. Meat was like rubber and they had a microwave and a sign "heat food to your desired temperature!"
