Non mi è piaciuto non potrei mandare gli amici li solo per il parco acquatico.il restaurant di pece un disastro secondo me non assaggiano,quello que cucinano mi spiace ma non và bene.

The rooms need to be updated and make sure they give you the room you paid for . The food is bad except the French fries . The entertainment team is amazing. The waterpark in pool is awesome too. And I recommend going to Coco bongo. Overall the experience was OK in the hotel needs a little more work.

Hotel needs Renovation assap! Old smelly rooms, but clean...Staff at the front desk super useles and helpless...every time I was approaching they were pretending they are busy with something. Food were old and not fresh...location is far away from town

I was greeted with a cocktail at check-in and it was pretty much uphill from there. Staff are all incredibly friendly and very helpful, Found my room a little underwhelming in comparison to the photos I'd seen online but wasn't all that bothered, was comfortable enough and plus had I no plans on spending time in it when I had the beach and more on my door step! The resort is quite big, with lovely views and the odd peacock walking by here and there. Plenty of opportunities to take photos. Good choice of food, great atmosphere, inviting families, couples, groups of friends alike. Overall, happy guest!

Nice grounds, but everything else was gross. Rooms had bugs, staff didn't care about anything. The only good thing was the sun. Couldn't wait to come home unfortunately.

Les + : todo meno dos cosas, que fue la cama estaba muy dura y no habia acondicionador para el pelo eso esta muy mal.
Les - : las habitaciones necesitan mantenimientos, ya todo esta muy viejo y se ve mal. como cultio y PONER MEJORES JABON SON MUY MALO Y ACONDICIONADOR DE PELO
Situation : algunas estan bien pero otras estan abandonada, hay que invertirle
demaciada bueno, buena atencion muy limpio el complejo la comida demaciado buena HUUUUU rica en verdad. eso queso me enloquecio buenoooo

Awful hotel

Les + : Beach. I guess it is really hard for this hotel to spoil the beach as well.
Very dirty rooms with old super hard beds, lots of mold and dirt in a bath and terrible smell. We didn’t expect luxury from this 3 star hotel, but any 1 star roadside motel has much cleaner bathrooms than this “hotel”. Front desk people are rude - their only goal is to get rid of you. When I asked for a better room they were lying that the room I got was renovated. Their manager was no better - it took lots of efforts to get a cleaner room at which we could at least take a shower. Food in buffet was undercooked, 2 members of our family got food poisoning. All bad reviews of this hotel are unfortunately true.

Bad food, the Mediterranean restaurant was horrible the meet rotten and very little portion of food , bathroom dirty and moldy, the beach was near. We went to tha aquatic park and the sledges hurt us. Actually we don't recomended that hotel never ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont waste your time or money

The photos of the hotel are very different than what they were in real life. No free wifi. We had to pay 20 bucks for 3 days. No para sailing. No snorkelling. No free spa. Nothing was free. I paid over 1500 and still had to pay extra for fun things. The food is buffet style. It was okay. I found myself eating bread ALOT only bc the food was hit or miss. The "exclusive" restaurant's they have are terrible. We rather the bufffet then anything. The staff was friendly and entertaining. The room looked very old. We also arranged for a bus to pick us up from airport to resort. The day before we left, we called to make sure and luckily we did bc our bus was not able to come. We were too far. Costing us 60 bucks for a taxi. Either way, i think expedia did lots of false advertising. As much fun as i did have, spend your money somewhere else!!
