« The receptionist that welcomed us was awesome. Hotel is romantic and super cosy with the interior garden and terrace in front of the room. There was an issue with the kitchen so they took us to the place next doors for a wonderful breakfast paid by them. Very nice of the hotel. This can happen but the efficient and friendly way to solve the issue is much appreciated. Will come back next time we are here. Regards, Annelies »

« Just Book it. You will love the vibe at Hyatt Vivid. It’s our 3rd visit to Punta Cana & our first time here. This resort opened in August & the entire team is focused on ensuring their guests have a great vacation! And they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish we had an exceptional vacation. Check in was smooth as we sipped on our welcome drink. Lia was friendly while explaining the resort offerings & showed us the resort app. Jorge, luggage attendant, gave us the initial resort tour,...

« We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...
