Bateaux-maisons à Parc national du Lake District

« Friendly helpful staff, great location and wonderful breakfast »

« We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry" It is a shame !!! Avoid this hotel ! You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »

« Had an amazing stay here! Brilliant room and lovely club amenities with free cake and coffee and incredible breakfast! Only the inside pool is included so you have to pay £60 for 2 hours in the evening to use the whole spa. I feel like one spa session should be included when paying for club level. »

« Ok »

« Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to cancel our reservation at the hotel, which we did by telephone four days before our expected arrival. When the hotel refused to refund our prepayment, we asked for a raincheck, which they didn't even answer. »

« Lovely couple of nights at the Hideaway. Fantastic breakfast and great service. Owner very helpful with recommendations for a restaurant for our anniversary. »
