« Stay was short arrived 11pm this time as stayed at this hotel a few times got to say I got a superb deal superior suite large room and bed very comfortable and clean and staff went out there way to make my stay pleasant and relaxed »

« From the moment we arrived we felt wanted and the staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful and warm. We were upgraded to a superior double and the room was fabulous. The staff in the restaurants and bars were so knowledgeable and friendly that nothing was too much trouble. Have to recommend the free trip into town in the Bentley. A great stay and we will be back to stay again very soon. »

« Idéal pour les parents visitant leur enfant étudiant. Hôtel grand confort avec piscine bar et restaurant. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, avec en plus la gratuité pour votre enfant étudiant s'il dispose de la carte de réduction étudiant. »

« Personnel vraiment très accueillant. Chambre de belles dimensions pour le prix avec petit dej énorme inclus et parking gratuit. Grande salle de bains (toilettes dans la sdb). Lits un peu mous mais ça va. Très belle terrasse sur le lac. En revanche le resto est cher et la brasserie bruyante. Il vaut mieux diner dehors. »

« Hotel très bien placé avec vue magnifique sur le lac mais un peu vieillot Petit dejeuner buffet avec pas mal de choix mais la qualité pourrait être améliorée (porridge préparé avec du lait plutôt que de l’eau par example) La douche était un cauchemar alternant eau bouillante et glacée sans qu’on touche au robinet et quand nous l’avons mentionné à l’accueil, aucune excuse, juste un “merci pour le feed-back” »

« It was difficult to access the car park due to road works and remodelling at the front of the hotel. However what was being undertaken it will be an excellent pedestrian and event area the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful the food was of a high standard. A very pleasant stay »
