« Luke's Hoose felt really homely as soon as we opened the door. Great views from the elevated living room, looking over the town and hills beyond. So close to the main street so was easy to access all the shops, bars etc. »

« All over it was a good property to stay with my family. Living room is bit packed with dining table and chairs. There wasn't any tea bags/coffee or suger, luckily there is a shop 1 min walk managed to buy some. First time we used the cooker spider came out from cooker hood. Wasn't the best experience but it was funny. »

« The stay at the cottage was good. It is positioned on a busy road but it quiets down later at night. There is a shop at the petrol station that has everything you will need for the stay and close to bus tops to take to Ambleside and Windermere. The beds are on the soft side but not uncomfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped but he had to buy paper kitchen towels, bin bags and dishwasher tablets. All in all, our stay was great. We would stay here again. »

« Had a really nice time and the design room was amazing, really good location inbetween both piers. Staff were really nice and the bar area was great too. The room was abit noisy and you can hear the doors banging and we could hear next doors tv but it didn’t bother us, we didn’t want to leave. »
