« Super spacious. Was nice that they had amazing touches that made them the best place we stayed from nice welcome gifts to having paddle boat and kayaks for us to use. Beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE. ive always stayed in hotels so i was super nervous about trying this but it was wonderful »

« We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was very accommodating to all of our needs. Our family was able to spend quality time together without being crowded, plenty of room. Our last day there was super hot, and with no AC, a bit uncomfortable but being on the lake you hardly ever need air. Overall it was super! Thanks Bob! »

« We had an excellent trip. River was amazing and we especially liked reading the Legends of the Au Sable book that was left for guests. House had everything we needed including toiletries and extra blankets. Visiting the state park nearby was a highlight. Did not care for the camera in the backyard that I could hear every time I walked by while playing bocci ball. Recommend taking food with since there are only two bars and a dollar general in town. Emily was kind enough to drop off extra kayaks...

« Enjoyed a winter getaway with the family. The lake view is beautiful and the house is close to gorgeous parks for winter hikes. »

« The cottage was a perfect fit for 3 adults. There's so much to see and do in neighboring towns. We specifically came for the tunnel of trees and seen more than we bargained for. The owner was very helpful and accommodating as we ran into some vehicle trouble our last day »

« The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. »

« This little house is so cute & has eveything you need. Grocery, laundromat, water, restaurants, coffee shops….everything is just a short walk away! We worked from here & the wifi & home made it easy & convenient. You can see Lake Charlevoix from the family room window & that’s where we enjoyed our morning coffee & evening wine. Highly recommend a stay here! »

« The location was great, the cottage was well stocked and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable- i fell asleep quickly every night and slept 10-11 hours which is amazing for me. The yard was large, flowers pretty, peaceful river you can enjoy. It was so peaceful and comfortable. Things to do for the whole family, or sit back and relax. The hosts were great! We look forward to returning. »
