« We stayed in the cabins over the weekend the temperature got to 30’s at night heater was running but was very loud for the first night didn’t get any sleep at all. Otherwise nice clean facility might be awesomely beautiful for summer camping. »

« The grounds are beautiful. We took a walk and enjoyed the scenery. However Mattress was very uncomfortable »

« I liked the Scenery, I didnt like the shower, it seemed dirty. I liked the large room »

« No room service between days, only come in to stop the AC and doesn’t empty trash or change towels. »

« We stayed here for 2 nights (Oct 18–20) with our 6-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with two comfortable queen beds. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was a huge plus for us since we brought our own food and needed to prepare baby bottles. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly, and the location is perfect — close to Gaylord's attractions and an easy drive to Boyne Mountain. For the price, this hotel is excellent value. We...

« Il y avait des chaudières partout dans le lobby...le plafond coulait... le bain de notre chambre était taché noir, sale... les portes et tapis étaient sales... le lit était propre et bien fait »

« The customer service was so great! The lady who works the front desk overnight was so sweet and such a great help! I forgot to get her name, but she was there overnight every day we were there, and she was amazing! The lady that worked in the breakfast area was also so great! My youngest son is a bit picky sometimes, but she went out of her way to make sure he had exactly what he wanted. It was incredibly thoughtful. The rooms were clean. There were a few things I thought were a little outdated,...

« When we entered our room it smelled like someone was smoking. We felt a chill and realized that a window was open. The outside temperature was around 35 degrees. I called the front desk and asked if we could be moved to a different room. The agent at the front desk let me know that every room was taken so no chance to move. »

« Perfect for a night on the road, traveling through Michigan. Clean room, quiet, nice linens, spacious room. We did not have the breakfast, but it was included. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use that either. »

« Stayed a very short time, one night. Our room was very clean, didn’t need to worry about using a room that thousands have prior to our stay. Breakfast was very delicious, pancakes are always a fan favorite. Had 4 different cereal options, cheese omelette, sausage patties, and plain yogurt with granola pieces + different jam options. »

« What a fantastic unique place to stay. »

« Stayed for a working weekend. Had clients come to the hotel for meetings. There was sufficient private common areas to meet to discuss business. Our room and the hotel was very clean. Beds are unbelievable comfortable! Loved the fitness center, small but sufficient for my daily goal walking needs on the treadmill. Will stay again. »

« Toilet was clogged. Had to move out 3 hrs after checkin at 9.30pm »

« The room was a traditional small motel room that met our needs for a stopover on a road trip. The room was a bit stuffy. It had amenities like in-room coffee and refrigerator. The office offered some snacks and additional toiletries. It was located across the street from a restaurant/bar but there was not much else around that you could walk to after being in a car all day. »

« The area is very safe & the room is clean. Just a practical accomodation for the night. Budget friendly too. Will definitely choose to stay here if we're back in the area. »

« Being close to the place I needed to be for my business trip. »

« Good location. Room was large and clean. I liked that the windows shades blocked out park lot lights. Bed and pillows were Not comfortable! Bed was hard and lumpy pillows were hard and flat. Nice pool and lobby. »

« Beautiful place. Nice clean and spacious room. We are not a fan of the memory foam beds. Neighbors were noisy after 11 pm. »
