I spoke with the maintenance man who was the exact maintenance man that I spoke to this past weekend he told me the exact same story he told me two years ago about how the new owner was gonna start improving the place and making it a whole lot better for guest. « This unique property was perfect for a weekend away. We could walk into town for dinner, and to the beach. Enjoyed the fireplace for the chilly almost-spring weather we had, and it was very cozy for reading and relaxing. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom, but that would be fun for some young kids. »

« Picturesque, quiet, on the bay. Tracy was a perfect host. Provided a wagon for hauling our stuff from the parking area to the lighthouse. Saw bald eagles & other birds and deer. A little smaller than expected, but comfortable. Could be tricky for some people to climb the steps to the bedroom upstairs. »
