This was the worst experience I’ve had with a rental property. I messaged the owner several days before check-in to get instructions and never got a response. I went back and forth with VRBO trying to get in touch with someone. Once we were in London, ready to check-in we had to wait for over an hour to finally hear back from the host and then he cancelled our reservation. My family of 6 with 4 children were left stranded in London with no place to stay. Do not rent this property.

Great location 5 minute walk from Underground.

Place was nice pretty much as advertised. It was very clean. Very nice views out the windows and balcony. It was a bit noisy (happy noise) during the day with school children playing nearby. At night, noise was typical for what you would find in a big city. Only one thing that could be improved is the signage going in and out of the building is not very clear an we were having to try different doors to see which one led to the elevator. That was not a problem but if there was a fire it might be difficult to find your way out. It took us several times coming in and out to remember which doors to choose to get in and out of the building. ( The doors are all alike.) Also when we got there we could not find the sheets for the couch. We later found them in the washer still wet. They were fine. I would still highly recommend it as a place to stay and would not hesitate to stay there again if we were back in the area.
