Was robbed by the house cleaner Veeve properties sent
Veeve was disorganized, the first problem, the full amount for my stay couldnât be charged on VRBO/Homeaway so a Veeve employee emailed me and asked me to give them another credit card number. Never email someone your credit card number! Itâs not secure. I thought oh this might be a new employee and we ended up exchanging information over the phone.
Check in day, the keys werenât available for check in until an hour and half after check in time. They charged me for a cleaner I didnât need mid-stay and she stole jewelry and other personal items. Their only response was to say they were sorry this happened and to file a police report. I filed a police report and the police donât seem to be doing a lot here so be wary if you travel to London.
Since I was offered nothing by Veeve in terms of compensation VRBO is working on that on my behalf.
Went to drop off my keys at check out time and surprise surprise the convenient store didnât have their lockbox charged up so I had to come back in half an hour.
Worst experience Iâve ever had with a private company in my entire life.
