Super tranquille, chambre vraiment de base (un peu désuète) mais salle de bain rénovée , près de l’arrêt d’autobus pour aller à l’aéroport ou pour aller dans le centre-ville.

Check-in was efficient. Room was quiet and comfortable. Check out was not. 6 people at the desk and it was not easy to pay for breakfast. A breakfast that was £9 for 2 pieces of toast and a cup of coffee... the croissants had been microwaved and the yogurt was unidentified... and the other food was limited.

Dear Albert,Thank you for taking the time to write as this feedback!Please note that there is NO air con only climate control. This means that the air pumped into your room via the fan has been filtered and heated or cooled to bring its temperature up or down to an unalterable preset level for the whole building as compared with the ambient temperature outside. The plant room is on the roof so the higher you are the more plentiful hot (or cold) air you will getFor us bright cloudless weather saw the building absorb heat during the day but the cold nights meant a hot room; so we compromised leaving the windows open all day, closing up at night and shutting the control panel in the room off completely - worked a treat!Sincerely,SaideTeam Leader

Best choice for staying near Heathrow for cheap
Pleasant stay, close to the airport. Rooms and hallway a bit dated, but okay for one night. Tip: don't use the hotel shuttle which costs 5 pounds each way per person. Using the TfL bus is much cheaper at 1.5 pounds and faster. Also taking an Uber or other ride is around 6 pounds so...

I recently stayed at 2 different Ibis hotels on the same road (Bath, near the LHR airport) as we had 2 connections through London as part of out trip. The 1st stay at Ibis Styles was pretty good. Clean room, Good size bathroom, Friendly staff. The 2nd stay was at this property and, my god, what a difference. I was in line for check in, and a tour guide decided to jump in front of me and go straight to check in his 25-people tour. I was hoping the front desk lady would tell him to wait until it was his turn but no, I had to stay there and wait until this tour was helped. Once we got to our room, it is clearly dated, but the worst part was the smell. It had a strong smell of B.O!. I sucked it up and spent the night there considering we had to leave early next day for the airport but for sure it will be my last time at this hotel. If you have the option, choose the other Ibis instead (Ibis Styles). For some reason, it was cheaper than this dump. STAY AWAY!

Horrible staff, policy, system. I checked in on 5/21 at 11 pm. I did reserve and paid nut their system went down. Thdy could not give us a room. We stranded at hotel lobby without blanket, pilloq until 6 am. By the time their system.on, we could not check in as ww must checm out at 10 am. No breakfast and no refund until 7 business days.

Convenient hotel to airport. Used shuttle and worked well. The hotel seems dirty and had hair on bed and in shower. Carpets seemed dirty or just very old and stained. Quick checkin and staff answered questions I had about shuttle. I wouldn’t go back.

We booked an accessible room and it was terrible. Extremely small and it was at the very end of the hall with several turns to get to the room. Not very accessible at all! It was so bad that we checked out the very same day we checked in. We couldn’t stay there. Tiny rooms, tiny bathroom, not easily accessible for wheelchair users. I would it recommend this hotel unless you’re by yourself and just staying for 1 night.

As soon as my taxi pulled up the hotel looked cheap and shabby. I've had better dining experiences in school cafeterias. The music in the lobby and eating area was awful and way too loud. I won't be back.

The carpet was incredibly dirty. Look like someone spilled a bottle of black shoe polish or hair dye. But we were so tired we didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. Just be aware this is not luxury coma just a place to spend the night and catch the flight out in the morning..

Great place for an overnight stop on the way out of UK. Convenient drop off and pick up with Hotel Hopper bus. Got a return ticket, which is a little cheaper. Good food in restaurant. Breakfast available really early. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.

The room was nice, but the air conditioning was not working properly due to the eco settings and it became quite hot. The food was delicious in the hotel dining area (I recommend the Tikka Masala), and the staff was incredibly friendly. Not much to do in the area, however it seems this is a great place to stay right before flying out of Heathrow.
