This was our first visit to London, and we feel lucky to find this wonderful flat that had all the amenities of home, and was our quiet respite from the busy London sites each day. Short walks to groceries and trains, we made dinner in a few days, and had our french press coffee in the AM. Simmie was very fast to respond to any of our questions. I would recommend to any friends wishing to visit London.

Simmie our host was an excellent communicator throughout our stay. The flat is easy to reach on public transportation from Heathrow airport. Nearby Imperial Wharf is a transportation hub for buses and the Underground-we easily navigated all over London on public transportation during our six day stay. Fulham is a quiet and safe borough in SW London. The Polo House flat is beautifully maintained. It is a townhome so it has several sets of stairs to reach the four levels. Stairs are solid and have handrails. All three beds provided very comfortable night rests for the five adults in our family. The kitchen is spacious for preparing meals and every needed utensil was on hand. There is a kitchen table that seats six for enjoying meals together. Two grocery stores are a convenient walking distance from this flat. The main bathroom is gorgeous and large. The soaking tub/shower was a plus. Our group never ran out of hot water. Finally the living room is beautifully furnished with three couches - perfect for gathering & evening conversations. We enjoyed 6 days of sun in London (very unusual) so I can report the window filled flat is sunny and bright. All bedrooms have blackout curtains so rooms can be dark at night. Whenever our travels bring us to London The Polo House will be our first choice! Thank you Simmie for your flat - we enjoyed a memorable week there!

The property was bright and clean and safe and quiet. Walking distance to public transportation, shopping, the beautiful Thames. It a bit of a hike from a lot of tourist destinations, which we loved. Hosts were exceptionally responsive to our questions. I was travelling with my husband and two teenage sons and this space gave us a perfect amount of space to be together-or to get away from each other!

We found this property to excellent for our needs. Travelling with a two year old is never easy but it worked out great. Everything is new and modern. Close to the underground and the Uber boat which will take you down the Thames. Lots of local interests as well. Won't hesitate to recommend.

We enjoyed our staying in this very nice house. Everything was as described. We went during the hottest days of the summer and we are not used to living without AC but the windows all opened and seem to have been installed to maximize airflow and the temp in the evenings was pleasant thanks to having fans. The neighborhood is away from the busy parts of the city near Imperial Warf. There are several restaurants in walking distance as well as a small market which was nice. There is a taxi rank 2 blocks away as well as quick access to trains/busses as also the Uber boat which takes you up the Thames. I definitely recommend this apartment as the neighborhood is safe and was still close to all the public transportation to get us to all the tourist spots we went to. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat in Chelsea. The place was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. There is a Tesco grocery within walking distance along with restaurants and bars along the Thames. It’s close to the pier and the train station to make getting in and out of London easy. Chris and Simmie were in touch with us to make sure everything was going well and they were very helpful and kind. Even the neighbor said we could ask her for help if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!!

Property is located in a quiet and safe residential area with grocery stores, pub and transportation services within walking distance. Communication with the host was very timely. Everything looked new and clean in the apartment and the owners were very responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood in Fulham was pleasant and well kept. Several forms of transit are within short walking distance for getting to central London by boat, bus, or overground train. The trip to London Bridge for example takes around 40 minutes depending on the time of day. The flat had plenty of space for our group. There is one flight of stairs up from the street to the kitchen and bathroom level, a few more steps up to bedroom and living room level, a half flight up to a bedroom, another half flight to bedroom, bathroom level. The kitchen has a great selection of dinnerware, pots, pans and utensils. We would stay there again!

Communication with Simmie and Scott was easy and quick! The flat was spacious, clean, and exactly what my family and I needed. I love how Simmie and Scott left a blue binder of information regarding how to work the tv, connecting to the WiFi, and top places to visit if you are visiting London!

We and our 3 teen girls (from the US) loved the space and the spot. It was pretty much perfect - bedrooms for each of us with comfortable beds and super soft comforters, a fully equipped kitchen with full-size table, and a truly comfortable separate sitting/TV room with 3 very clean velvet sofas that you could really watch a move on... very rare, as many VRBOs have inexpensive/hard sofas for obvious reasons -- not this one. The street was super quiet and felt like nothing was going on, but walk just a few minutes in any direction and you're at a different cute corner with markets/restaurants/etc... We were always venturing to other parts of the city and I actually wish we had spent a little more time in Fullham/Chelsea once I realized all that was around us. Communication was top notch as well and they gave us some extra time to check out since train to Paris was leaving late in the day. So glad we found this one.

Brought my wife and kids from US to London for a Chelsea football game, and were looking specifically in the area of Stamford Bridge. This flat was an easy 20 minute walk to the stadium. However, the flat itself is wonderful. Recently renovated to very high standards, it was perfectly comfortable for 4 of us in 3 bedrooms. Plus 2 full bathrooms. Simmie and Chris, the hosts, were extremely responsive to our questions. Chris met us and gave us a walkthrough to start our stay, which was very helpful. We also had a special request to check in early given our arrival time and they happily obliged. Quick walk to the Uber Thames boat too, which was great. Highly recommend if you want a Fulham or Chelsea stay.

My family enjoyed the apartment very much, it is very clean and exactly as the pictures show, they would stay there again when visiting London. The hosts are very responsive and reached out on several occasions to ensure that everything was fine. Everything was easy from communicating, to finding the place, checking-in, transportation, etc.

Our family stayed in this charming 3 bedroom place. It looks like it was recently renovated and had everything you could want. As other London places, there are stairs. The kitchen/dining room are spacious and well equipped. Living room was comfortable with plenty of seating (4 of us stayed there, 3 more family members visited). The main bathroom was also spacious for a London place. The smaller upstairs bathroom was updated and had a nice shower (although confusing instructions for the hi-tech shower). The host Simmie was very communicative and easy checkin instructions. It was close to the river and has some nice restaurants and a Tesco about 2-3 blocks away. We used Uber for transportation and they were great to get around. Overall our stay was great and we would stay again!
