3 Queen beds, including one full-size queen Murphy bed

Start your mornings with coffee and lake views on the oversized screened-in porch—a personal favorite! This large outdoor space is perfect for family meals, evening game night, or simply enjoying the sunset without the bugs.

Coffee station includes whole-bean coffee from the Roasterie (a Kansas City favorite), grinder, electric kettle, pour over or drip machine options. We also provide decaf, a selection of tea, creamers, sugar and substitutes, honey, and to-go cups.

A fully equipped kitchen, including full-size appliances, air fryer, and 4 burner gas grill for big meals

Guests will have full access to the entire property including home, private dock, screened-in porch, and garage with parking for two vehicles. Guests may use tandem kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, and water floats!

Other items to note:
Baby items (pack n play, high chair, baby tub, potty seat) can be found in the closet of the main bedroom

Selection of games are in the main bedroom, on the bookshelf under the window

Selection of books in the upstairs, light blue bedroom

The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal. All food waste must go in the trash instead.
