« Off season so breakfast was not provided (we knew this so no problem). The hotel was clean and quiet and staff was fantastic. »

« There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. »

« We have found Red Roof Inns to be reliably clean, safe, and comfortable hotels. We were disappointed with this property. It had ratings of 8.4 out of ten so we expected it to be above average. The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing...

« The room was not clean. No microwave in the room as described. The pool was not open per advertisement, nor was the outlet mall that was within walking distance. Only six stores,maybe, opened in the whole mall. The wallpaper in several spots was hanging off the wall. There was a big hole in the wall behind the door where the door knob had went through. The tub and shower were dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty looking. The caulk around the Jacuzzi tub was gaping and the Jacuzzi tub shot...

« Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. »

« Room was semi clean and bedsheets seemed new or at least clean. The whole property is just really run down and reminded me of a summer camp horror movie. »

« A not so cheap motel that offers access to this part of Lake of the Ozarks. The shower was disgusting and I had to go to the gas station and buy some cleaner to clean the shower myself. The room was otherwise clean, but kind of frustrating when you have to clean pubes from the shower. You check in before you ever get there and you don’t actually see a live person. The place looks full just because it’s the only hotel in the area that gives you good proximity to the local marinas. Motel was $160,...
