« Check in was easy, they let us get in 30 minutes early. As far as cleanliness it was ok, seen some dead bugs around the edge or the rooms. The front door had dog nose smudges all of the window. Idk if it was an air freshner but there was a strong smell, it wasnt a bad smell it was different though. My biggest issue was we had nobhot water for showers but that should be an easy fix as well. « We had family camping at the state park for the long weekend and wanted to stay close by. The cabin was perfect. We had time to visit easily and also an air conditioned place to sleep in. It also is dog friendly so we were able to bring the dogs. Getting a dog sitter on a long weekend is difficult. »

« We weren’t fishing or hunting but the Trigger & Reel cabins were a great place to rest after a long day on the road. »

« There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door and a price tag off of apparel on the bathroom floor as well. I don’t think the hide away bed should be considered a bed. Other than that everything was good. »

« I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. The rooms are very well cleaned and adequately maintained, despite it being an older property. The exterior is super cute and there are accommodating areas to gather, including a fire pit. It’s very quiet. The best thing about it is the manager. She is an absolute doll. She took great care of our elderly parents, going WAY above and beyond to make sure their stay was superb. I can 100% recommend this property if you want to avoid the...
