« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn in Missouri! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, especially for our visit to Fort Leonard Wood. « Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy, beds were crisp and clean. Bathroom was clean. One soap dispenser had apparently been overlooked and had no soap. That was it. All else was excellent. We felt very safe there and we would stay again and recommend to others. »

« Room lacked maintenance. The bathroom door had layers missing from it. The wall in the bathroom had drywall/paint peeling off. The bath mat wasn’t dry. It was as if they pulled it out of the washer and laid it on the tub. Trash cans had visible dirt/grim on them. Another room had the door left open and you could see the carpet was ripped up. The side door key card did not work. The staff was nice and friendly though. »
