« When we arrived the stairs were covered in ice and clearly not maintained. We went to take a shower and had no water, then we get the water to turn on and were welcomed with sulfur ice water. Once we got the water ran through enough the smell went away. Tried for hot water the next morning and there was none. Pretty disappointing stay. »

« This is the 2nd condo we've stayed in with the same hosts. We had the privilege of bumping into them when we had to return after checkout for an important item we left behind. The owners themselves were cleaning their units in the neighborhood and had secured and communicated to us about it. They were so nice. We would be happy to stay in any of their units. And we love that our fur baby can stay with us. »

« The condo was perfect. We came to the Ozarks for a Jeep trail ride and the location was perfect and easily accessible. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Would stay here again. »

« We had a late arrival due to mixed circumstances and unable to swim at night. We were accommodated by a very generous delayed departure time and pass to the pools. We would have appreciated soap for showers and possibly a snack item or two and condiments for the coffee provided. We were not aware when we went to the pool we needed to take towels with us. Information in regard to towels would have been helpful. The room was very clean and the view in the morning was amazing. It was a great...

« The property was great with all the lush foliage and lake front spot. The pools were so fun! Swimming dock was enjoyed. The cabin was outdated but we knew that when we booked. Suited our needs. We had an issue after checking in, but it was resolved quickly by staff. Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back »
