« My daughter and I booked this for a weekend trip. We paid over $800 for two nights. Upon our arrival, the refrigerator was wide open and would not stay closed. The room was also very hot and stuffy, but we figured once we turn the air conditioning down from 71 to 68 it would cool off while we went to dinner. We returned from dinner in the room had not cooled down at all and the refrigerator had to have a bag set in front of it to stay closed. Called maintenance staff who told us that the unit...
