« This is our second stay at High Pines cabin, and it’s always a pleasure. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoy sitting on the screened in-porch, listening to the rooster crow, or the birds chirping or the river ever cruising by. Thendara and Old Forge are close and there are a few good golf courses not too far away. »

« Perfect location on Lake Oneida. House was as described and the host was prompt in responding to questions and requests. Would stay again at this listing. »

« We wanted to find some snow to play in, and saw storms hitting in the area. We booked last minute and figured we were taking our chances, but ended up with an amazing find! The cabin was warm, cozy, and easy to get to. (And bonus—at least that weekend, we were right on the edge of the snow band, so we were able to go play in snow nearby but didn’t get stuck or have any issues at the cabin.) Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied and there was info on local...

« This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

« My husband and I stayed for 5 glorious nights. Our twin 14-yo nieces joined us for 2 nights and my aunt for 1 night. All age ranges left happy. Pictures show exactly what you get. Master bed mattress and pillows provided the best sleep ever. Views for miles. You'll enjoy this quiet treasure! »

« Very convenient location quick walk into the village. The house was clean and well stocked and very beautiful with lovely art work. If you have a little one, everything you need is there (ours is one) so it's a lot less you have to pack. Our six year old nephew LOVED his room with the bunk beds, the kids books and toys. The owners are quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. We had a great time kayaking. Can't wait to stay here again. »

« Le chalet est vraiment super bien aménagé et très chaleureux. Nous avons profité des embarcations pour se promener sur le lac. Le seul bémol est que la plage et l'accès au lac sont directement sur le terrain et les installations d'un autre chalet se qui rend l'accès un peu gênant, mais sinon c'était super. »

« The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip. »

« Our family enjoyed the house and the 4 bedrooms were perfect for us. Everyone loved the short walk to the beach and we even were in town for the opening day of the small amusement park. The adults loved the restaurant and live bands nearby. »
