A éviter
Le pire séjour de toute mon existence. Pour commencer, nous avions réservé 2 lits, on se retrouve avec un grand lit, soit disant surclassé (vip accès) face à la piscine. Nous obtenons une chambre, la dernière du couloir le long de la rue et nous avions l’impression de dormir sur le trottoir tellement l’isolation était inexistante. Impossible de fermer l’œil pendant 5 nuits. Les serviettes de toilettes n’étaient pas changées. Le ménage était plus que succinct. Quant au petit déjeuner, ils appellent ça buffet, mais ça n’a que le nom car le choix est très limité et la qualité pas terrible.

Best place i have stayed in 5 trips.
Everything was great, staff were very helpful with anything we wanted. I can't think of anything negative about the place. Things i would suggest for quality of life improvements would be having access to a dvd player to watch something since netflix seemed to be blocked and the tv didnt really have anything good on. This would have been handy when my wife was sick and going out wasn't an option. The other qof improvement i would suggest would be more variety for the gym room, something like a cable machine since its rather lacking in equipment. All in all i will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at this hotel because it was near the airport which was convenient. The hotel itself was very nice but there were parts of the room that could do with a bit of maintenance. The hotel is next to a party strip which might explain the status of the rooms.

All property staff were friendly and ready to accommodate you at any moment. The check in process was easy and we immediately went to the upper pool, it’s branded as a jacuzzi but a lot more like a pool. The food and drink service was fast and showed up nicely. The area is filled with food, beverage, tattoo and shopping. Rooms were cold snd clean with drinking water provided daily.

Very clean and friendly staff. Room cleaning was always on point. Location is also very nice because of proximity to marts and 10min walk to kuta beach. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 4 nights in September 2023. We could not recommend this place highly enough! We loved how nice and clean the hotel was, and the friendliness of the staff. We stayed 3 different places in Bali and this was our favorite. It’s so close to everything and we enjoyed being pretty central. Most of all, the service was great and helpful.
