Les employés sont de bonne volonté, agréables et souriants. Ils sont à l'écoute. Le déjeuner du midi au restaurant de l'hotel est bon. le jardin est très beau, très bien entretenu par le jardinier, tous les jours. nous n'avons pas aimé le bruit (chambre communicante avec des voisins qui parlaient jusque 1h du matin, qui ont laissé leur reveil sonné de 5h à 6h du matin), l'utilisation de la piscine avant 8h et donc les cris des enfants qui vont avec. Nous n'avons pas aimé la qualité du petit dejeuner (la partie sucrée : croissants, pains au chocolat... n'est pas de bonne qualité. Les gens aiment les gauffres et il n'y en a jamais assez car le cuisinier en fait 2 par 2) Certaines parties communes sont sales (plateaux repas posés à même le sol durant 24h, le couloir est sale). Il y a beaucoup de travaux dans l'hotel ce qui gache le visuel.

5 etoiles qui en vaut 3.5 etoiles. Une chambre dite suite ! un canape sans assise ou il etait impossible de s assoir, une tele sans telecomande qui fonctione, une cafetirere hors service, un mobilier qui n avait plus d age telement il etait vieux... bref pas digne d un 5 etoiles. Domage car l emplassement est ideal... je n y retournerai plus

Nous avons passés 10 jours dans ce superbe hôtel, super confort, personnel au top, et très à l’ecoute Des clients. Certains employés parlent même français, ce qui facilite les échanges si vous ne parlez pas bien anglais. Le spa est super, la piscine sur le rooftop également. Je recommande !

The hotel was very nice. Right in front of the beach and a block away from azul beach club. It has an infinite pool in floor 3 where tou can see the sunset,very beautiful. The rooms are huge and very clean. Staff was super nice. I recommend this hotel 💯.

The staff members are obviously left to behave as they see fit. Bring on the mobile phone at the front desk is NOT A professional look. The staff took my passport and kept it, till I realized he didn’t returned it to me. Upon asking, he pulled it out from as m insecure drawer and apologised. This should not have happened.

I found the stuff at the front desk not knowledgable and somewhat rude. the dining room staff was good. I just think the food could’ve been better and again the staff more knowledgeable.

This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and bars. Dinner in the hotel was themed differently each evening. The rooms were large and clean. The staff could not do enough to accommodate you. Overaul, a lovely four night stay and I would recommend this hotel.
