« The place was amazing and clean. The view from the patio is just like the photos. One thing we had to get used to was no curtains on any of the windows. Also I was super excited for the patio couch set that’s in the photo but it wasn’t there when we arrived unfortunately. BUT everything was so beautiful and amazing we didn’t mind. »

« Stayed here with a group of friends for the weekend. It was an excellent time! The location is great, in a small development with a good paved road. It's five minutes or so to downtown Lansing and it's great spots and about 15 or so to downtown West Jefferson. Easy to get to from Raleigh and Charlotte, where our group was coming from. Communicate with the host was the best I've had with VRBO. The house felt roomy enough for the group and the kitchen helped us produce gourmet meals. The best...

« The house and property were amazing. We had a great time even though it was just for a weekend. We toured App State and had a wonderful time at the house. It accommodated 12 of us perfectly and we would highly recommend anyone to reserve the property. The views are spectacular! The management company responded quickly to all of our questions. « It's not easy to find lodging for our large family all under one roof. This house is perfectly suited for all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked, the view is phenomenal (especially the sunrise), with plenty of amenities for everyone: tennis, pickle ball, fire pit, hot tub, theater, horses and woods nearby, and a piano. Plenty of sleeping berths, too! Management is very responsive. Great experience! »

« We stayed at King Wolf for the final two days of a week-long service trip with high school students. It was perfect. The bunk-house setup was ideal, and we loved the open space and deck. We used the fire pit, and walked across the street to get amazing pizza. Everything was ideal, and communication with the owner was so easy. This is the perfect place for a large group. We will be back! »
