« Had an awesome time at this beautiful, well kept cabin. Did as owner suggested and screen shot emails with gate codes/key lock box codes and directions, had absolutely no trouble at all getting in! AWD/4wheel high gear was VERY HELPFUL, road up to cabin is graveled as stated & 4wheel high helps to crawl up the steep areas without spinning out or tearing up road. All essentials were there with many thoughtful touches! Rocking chairs were stored inside but could move out to deck easily for morning...

« Host/property management interaction was very challenging. Non responsive to messages and came into a house that was 50 degrees because heat hadn’t been adjusted, even though there is a nest/remote thermostat. A lovely home otherwise. »

« Beautiful view from the back deck. This part of the lake is peaceful and beautiful! The rental was well equipped and stocked. A few minor things needed repair or replacement, and the host said she would attend to all those. The 2 kayaks are quite small for some adults. We found things as pictured/described. »

« Cabin is perfect for two!Host is responsive and cabin was very clean.The deck is wonderful to sit in the shade or sun.Due to the lake water being low, the dock was very steep to navigate to the water; did not attempt it without grippy shoes. »

« The view was awesome. The candles outside helped with the flies & mosquitoes. Very quiet and peaceful place to unwind. Very spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked and having a washer and dryer on site was great. We saw either bear cubs or deer each day of our stay. It was a wonderful experience. Jeff was easy to get in contact with any questions we had. Would stay at the loft again. »

« Loved that it was a log cabin, cozy but big enough for our group of eleven. The landlord calls it their "little piece of heaven" and it was. The Christmas decorations gave the perfect holiday touch to the comfy decor., making it perfect for our family Christmas . Its in a wooded area near the top of the mountain, yet only a short drive to stores and local attractions. The landlord was quick to respond when we had a question or a problem. »

« We had a wonderful time during our stay at Bear Cub Cabin. The cabin was clean, well stocked with amenities and exactly as described. We enjoyed watching the fireflies at night while soaking in the hot tub after a day of kayaking and fishing off the dock! 10 out of 10! »
