« What a lovely home and property. Very clean, comfy, and well appointed. It is very close to some local hotspots and a beautiful high side hill view of the river. The barn on the property adds to the overall country charm of this place. My wife and I will be back. »

« For the cost of what we paid for the rental, it was fantastic. It has 2 great outdoor spaces, with a top and lower deck. It is small, but enough space for what we needed. It needs a few simple things, that I noticed others mention, like more towels. We are 60 guest and had to maneuver to get up the outdoor steps and to get in to the high ledge bath tub/showers. « The stay was relaxing and tucked away up on the top of the mountain. Everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the warm welcome with a bottle of wine & chocolate. The deck was my favorite part, plenty of room and comfortable patio furniture, our puppy loved the plush woods and the small trail to a picnic area. You definitely need a vehicle to climb ruff terrain, steep hills, and sharp turns. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, thank you Matt and Chris! »

« The house was very clean and well kept! Plenty of space and the outside yard was very big! The neighborhood was safe and much to our surprise, a short walk to a beautiful river! It was close in proximity to downtown! Sara & Marvin were easy to get in touch with and were very responsive! The house is well stocked with everything you could need! The banana muffins were a sweet touch! I would recommend this place! »

« Absolutely loved our stay at yellow mountain cottage! Check-in was super easy, the house itself had just about everything you could need in terms of toiletries, linens, towels, and spices/cooking tools, which was really nice to not have to worry about. It was very clean and upkept, and such a cozy little home. We had so much fun in the creek, the scenery was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend! »
