The location is perfect if you want to travel to downtown Denver but do not wish to stay there. The Old Towne Arvada shops and restaurants are just moments away and so are most area attractions. 10/10, would stay again. »

« The property was absolutely as advertised and more… Rough sledding on the fishing outside of the pond, but that was our fault, not the river’s. Very attentive host, property manager, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. »

« We stayed at Lucien’s place while in town for a friends wedding. It was the perfect location to get around Denver, see Red Rocks, and have some space to relax and decompress. Lucien’s dogs are also very friendly and easy to be around, making one of us with dog allergies very comfortable. »
