« My brother and I came to Denver to go to the Metallica concerts. We had a blast. Our vrbo was a nice place in a nice neighborhood, with lots of stuff to do near by. I will definitely be back. »

« Love this location! Perfect for visiting our daughter at School of Mines. We will definitely book this one again! »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« I musta say the pictures do not correspond to the apartment, however the apartment looked better than the pictures. I t was very clean and comfortable. If anything, I would recommend to add a couple pots and pans, since it has a beautiful (very clean) kitchen with an electric stove that cannot be used unless you buy (or bring, which will not happen) your own pans. Otherwise, it is a beautiful apartment with everything you might need to be comfortable. »

« Quick girls trip to a show at the Oriental Theater. Location was excellent and it was very clean. Just a note if you are a light sleeper that it is a basement unit and you can hear footsteps above at times. »

« We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again! »

« The condo was perfect to visit Golden. We went to see the sunrise at Red Rocks, shopped in town, did a Coors tour (make reservations), visited Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park (make reservations), and went to a concert at Red Rocks. Food in town was amazing. The condo had all we needed. We were very thankful for private parking as well. »

« Property was what we expected and very cozy and nice. The area is nice, quiet and feels safe. Perfect for our weekend to get away and see a show at Red Rocks. »

« Place was comfortable and great location to everything in golden downtown. Parking was nice, but a pain to get out of. The apartment was clean and had everything as a couple we would need. Bring ice if you need it, there was only one ice tray in the freezer. Ask for extra towels, there was onky one each »

« Everything was just right - the size and cleanliness of the condo was great for us. Very secure building and quiet. Super close to DT Golden and the fact that it’s a 3 minute walk to the best breakfast burritos (Bonfire Burritos) made breakfast easy! So many great local coffee shops and restaurants. Short drive to some of the best hiking and of course, Red Rocks! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m back in Golden. Thank you for sharing your condo with us - absolutely loved it! »

« This was perfect for our needs. We came in for a hockey showcase. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood, comfortable and well stocked condo. »

« Conveniently located near family we were visiting. Plenty of room. Very well stocked with everything we needed, including a pack and play for our baby grandson! Would be a great location if traveling with a dog, we were not. »

« What a wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and modern! We were conveniently located near downtown Golden and walked there multiple times for meals and drinks. Also a good driving distance to fun activities like Red Rocks.Working with Stefan was great. He was very responsive! Highly recommend staying here! »

"Le service était très moyen et il n'y avait pas de papier de toilette dans la chambre ni de shampoing ni de savon ce qui remet en doute que la chambre avait réellement été bien nettoyée... vraiment un hôtel moyen en général! "
