« The property was great, we had everything we needed, the setting was very peaceful and serene. The owners were great, very responsive and even texted us when a herd of bison was nearby. We saw elk and mule deer every day of our stay in the pastures behind the house. The patio area was great for morning coffee and afternoon beverages. The location was great with hiking trails nearby, and Golden and Red Rocks very close. We had a great stay. Highly recommend. »

« Our stay here was amazing! The hosts both went above and beyond to accommodate us during a heat wave and ensure our families comfort. They are very responsive and the house was clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We will absolutely stay again for future trips. »

« My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying at this vrbo! It was very clean. Only complaint is that it’s next to an event/wedding venue center so it was loud that night and all the parking was taken in front of the vrbo. Reserved parking would be great. »

« Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area. Had a last minute illness come up, and Nate was flexible with helping me change my arrival and departure schedule. Property was located in a nice and quiet area. »

« A great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. All of the things you need. Communion was excellent! Yes, there's traffic noise but I barely heard a peep from other tenants and the traffic became white noise for me. Highly recommend! »

« Jason is an amazing host. He was very quick to respond to messages and is very knowledgeable about the area/provided great recommendations for dinners and activities. The basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Having the option to park in the garage was much appreciated! The back yard/deck area is huge and very well-kept. Only potential downside is that the bathroom is in the bedroom - we managed just fine but could be a (very) minor inconvenience for a larger group....

« Very cozy place with everything we needed. Very good location within a short walking distance to anything you might want. »

« Super cute guest house in an AMAZING location. Walkable to downtown golden, which was great and plenty of parking around - huge plus for the visitor guest pass. »

« Perfect location for our concert at Red Rocks and seeing the surrounding area. As some reviews mentioned, we could hear some noise from the house's occupants in the upper level but it wasn't often and wasn't loud at all, what you might experience in some hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. »

« Cozy, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Not much of a view, but who wants to sit in a VRBO when there's so much to see and do in the area? »

« It was nice. Location not the best, but the room and staff itself were good. The email said it was on Denver when the location was actually in Lakewood. »

« Shana is an amazing host! We had a small party for my son on site and she was incredibly helpful in making sure we had space and even let us borrow some chairs. The backyard is beautiful and the bedrooms are very nice! 10/10! »

« I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The place is exactly as it appears in the listing, so cute and cozy! The management was awesome, so kind and extremely attentive pre-trip and during!The location is perfect for food, drink, and exploration. We were here for a Red Rocks show, and for that we took an uber. Can’t wait to come back here! :) »

"Le service était très moyen et il n'y avait pas de papier de toilette dans la chambre ni de shampoing ni de savon ce qui remet en doute que la chambre avait réellement été bien nettoyée... vraiment un hôtel moyen en général! "
