« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. A room with a balcony would have been spectacular, especially when the hotel right beside you has wonderful balconies, AND you have to pay for parking, which is a pet peeve. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there! »

« I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean. »

Malheureusement, il n'y a pas d'armoire ni de tiroirs de rangement, si bien que vos vêtements restent dans vos valises. Et comme il n'y a pas de support pour poser les valises, elles restent au sol. « The room smelled like dog but we have dogs that we do not take with us but good for per folks. I wish they had rooms that are not pet friendly for folks that don't bring theirs only due to smell that you get used to. I will bring adomething that helps with dog odor next time. Breakfast was better than other hotels and I was impressed. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great! No problem with parking »

« Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. « We like that it was on the second floor so we could easily see the ocean from our balcony. This unit was a corner unit so there was only another unit on one side. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware etc. the complex had two outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam sauna. The area was quiet without a lot of touristy attractions. We love to be outside and walk or ride our bikes, and there was a very nice paved trail in the area that was probably at least 12...
