« Everything you hope for in a VRBO. Clean comfortable and just like the pictures. Host super accommodating for arrival and departure. Great communication. Rooms are beautifully done. Movie theater room super cool. Daughter grabbed that room right away. Very private. Grill available and stocked. Good lay out. Will be back for sure thanks ! »

« Kitchen had a small stove top, but full refrigerator. Everything was great!! Only down fall for me was no bathtub, just small shower. The pull out couch was broke, but they plan to fix it. I love this place and a great place for families🙂 The staff was great and even played a movie on the projector screen by the pool for the kids. »

. So many sticker (sandspurs) in the yard that letting them outside was impossible. First time in the yard, we picked over 60 from their paws and hair. Painful. Owner does not put effort into amenities.Only heat/ac was very loud window units.One night stay was definitely not worth the 333 charge »

« We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again. »

"L'hÎtel est tres bien placé mais souffre d'un niveau de propreté en-deçà du niveau attendu. Mauvaise literie et clim bruyante. Pas de femme de ménage durant notre sejour.De nombreuses bebetes au niveau de la piscine... C'est donc un mauvais rapport qualité prix."

"La plage et la piscine de l’hĂŽtel sont vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©ables. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs spacieuse, propre, avec une belle literie et une vue incroyable. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bon. Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© vraiment reposant. Nous avons regrettĂ© de ne pas y rester 2 nuits. Je recommande vivement cet hĂŽtel, qui fait parti des meilleurs que nous ayons fait aux États Unis. "
