« Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...

« There were crack heads walking around in their underwear, doors open with people laid out in bed (specifically women also in their underwear). The property itself is horribly maintained and very unclean. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed and go home with bed bugs. »
