My grandson had an allergic reaction the day we arrived. . We were at the hospital all day. The Dr. told us if he wasn't better in the morning, he'd be admitted. We left that night. The front desk manager, Leah Kocke, was very sympathetic
and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my
grandson is doing so much better. Leah, you have no idea what your generosity did for my sanity. ❤️
