« Chambre propre, personnel, piscine »

The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and...

However, the rooms would benefit greatly from a renovation, as they feel rather dated, particularly the bathrooms. For a five-star hotel, the overall room condition falls short of the standard one would expect. Additionally, the hotel may wish to reconsider its child breakfast policy. Using height rather than age to determine breakfast charges seems unconventional and differs from the practice adopted by most...

« The hotel intends to be super modern. However, they failed to deliver a reliable internet access. Moreover, I had to remind them their customer heatlh obligations, as there was no cleaning means at the gym. Otherwise, equipments are nice. »
