« It was a great experience that I had at this beautiful Sofitel hotel. The spacious rooms are very beautiful and very comfortable, the service was perfect, welcoming and very pleasant. Phoenix was exceptional and provided perfect service and very efficient service and took care of all details and made my stay very pleasant. « J'ai fait réservation avec Expedia, je suis OR. A mon arrivé, Marriott me dit que j'ai une chanbre 2 lits. O me je suis aussi Elite Marriott, au même taux j'aurais eu surlcassement. Mais comme la réservation fait sous Expedia je ne peux utiliser mon statut Marriott. Même si je suis OR avec Expedia, j'ai donc dû payé surcharge »

« Overall the hotel was very nice modern and clean..it was just an hour and half away from everything which was quite an inconvenience for me as I needed to purchase stuff that side but besides the Location it's a very good hotel I would highly recommend.. »

« 住了三晚，酒店很新，大堂還在裝修！房間很大，住得很舒服，附近有超市有食肆。酒店餐廳係最高層，食物三日都冇乜點變，有淥粉麵檔，但材料不足，如金菇、生菜都唔夠！咖啡機只得兩款咖啡選擇，有熱食、點心、沙律菜同生果，早餐都算不錯！要改善的地方就是：打掃房間時不應執走客人的物品，我有兩個密實膠袋、拖鞋及膠樽都被執走了！最後那天也沒有再補茶包咖啡等。 »

« Shunde is a bustling place, but this hotel is in the quieter part. Hotel is outstanding, if only American Holiday Inn’s could hit this mark. The facilities are great, everything is tidy and exceeds expectations especially for the price. There isn’t a bar in the hotel but there is one in the plaza called SD (Shunde) Home and it’s a great little place. »

Nous avions réservé une executive room et à l arrivée, pour un supplément de 20 euros par personne vous avez un petit déj 5*, acces a afternoon tea (de 15h à 18h) avec de superbes petits plats à volonté et happy hour (de 18h a 20h) alcool gratuit à volonté (whisky, tequila, vodka, bières, vins, digestif...)"
