« Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade” This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms. The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. « Excellent hotel , very clean, personal are amazing, i loved the breakfast too I will go back there for sure but i wont take face to bridge view, its very dirty view on the side of the main interance the hotel. »

« En général cet hôtel est plutôt très bien. La salle de bain est vieillissante et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Par contre le restaurant et petit déjeuner est très limité, le choix des plats est faible et l’offre porte surtout sur des mets asiatiques, pas de déjeuner occidental »

Le seul bémol a été qu’ils ont voulu me donner un logement moins confort que celui que j’avais réservé mais après contestation, j’ai pu avoir un qui était bien mieux que le précédent. En dehors de cet incident, tout le séjour a été correct. Et le service du personnel plus attentionné… »

« I wouldn’t describe the bed as a bed but more like a table. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. We double layered a blanket so sleep on and slept without a blanket on because of how hard the bed was. Upon checkout, I received a text asking if we saw a large jacket in the room, this seemed like an odd message to receive which just add on to the confusion of the staff and how unorganized they are. »
