Meilleurs appart'hôtels pour les week-ends à Chencun

« The room is outdated, and you can see parts of the wall breaking and falling off. The AC is loud at night and does not cool the room. The lighting is good in the room, but the hallway is as dark as a scary movie. My biggest complaint is that there is a step in the middle of the room, which is very dangerous, especially when you have children or elderly people with you; if you do not pay attention at night, it could be a major hazard. I almost fell down, but luckily I did not. The location is...

« 公寓附近食肆多亦有商場，鄰近地鐵站超方便，酒店職員亦很友善，唯獨不滿意房間露台門不能上鎖。 »

After requesting to leave the hotel they showed me few other rooms and ended admitting the room in the picture doesn't exist so I put me in a slightly better room. The whole process took over an hour due to elevator being extremely slow and overcrowded with mostly what seem...

« When we first arrived, we were given a room that was not satisfactory and had an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the next day the hotel staff changed our room without any issues. After that, everything was perfect. We had a comfortable stay, and we appreciate the staff’s efforts to resolve the situation. Thank you. »
