« Jerry the host was on top of everything and very helpful. Great little Carriage house. »

« The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. « Booked the Bali Cottage the night before and were lucky it was available. Check in was simple, communication with the host was excellent. The property was extremely clean, organized and stocked with all that we needed for our 5 day stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect to walk or bike to everything you need! »

« This space was perfect for my husband and me to get away for a long weekend. Very well stocked. When we had a couple of questions arise we received answers quickly. The location to the Main Street area and beach was wonderful! Just minutes to both. Enjoyed our stay very much! »

« We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !! »

« We loved our family stay at the Peacock Cottage. It was convenient to the beach and very close to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach for dining and shopping options. Having the pool just steps away was great for keeping an eye on the kids. We will definitely be back! »

« This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it! And we plan to come back again in the future, hopefully next year. You simply cannot beat the location of this property. It is located steps away from the walkover to the beach, Main St., the Pearl Hotel, the green, and numerous restaurants and shops. The location is so good, you really do not need to rent bikes. But we always rent bikes during our stay so that we can explore the rest of Rosemary and the surrounding...

« We loved everything about this place! It was nicely decorated, well stocked, very clean, and had a great layout. The cottage was conveniently located near everything we enjoy doing on our vacations…beach, pool, bike path, walking trail, shops, and restaurants. With five adults, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to return soon! »

« Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved. »

« Wonderful place to stay. Convenient to the beach, and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures! We used this as an overflow for a beach house across the street we've stayed at for 20 years, and it worked flawlessly as our family keeps growing. Walked to Alys for coffee and a playground hang most mornings. The house was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again! »

« This was perfect for our family vacation. The walk to the beach is just minutes away. Lots of restaurants close. Loved riding the bikes. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. « We loved our stay at the Crows nest. Perfect location to the beach, pool and walking distance to all the popular attractions. The music is loud across the street from a piano bar but it stops around 10:30pm. We had small children and brought their sound machines and that was a big help. The best surprise was the private pool! My son actually learned how to swim this trip in that pool. I would 100% recommend this carriage house and will stay there again. »
