« We enjoyed our stay in the Smith Cottage. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all in walking distance.Grayton Beach is the ideal beach town. Kelly keeps the property immaculate. We appreciated the bikes, chairs, etc. for the beach and the cottage was stocked with books and games for a rainy day. We look forward to returning to Grayton Beach. »

« This is the cutest property and was perfect for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub so much we didn’t even venture to the gulf water - which is close by. You’re also going to love the screened in front porch.The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you might need for your stay. »

« So pleased with this property, more like a hotel than air bn&b. Toilet paper and soap in every bathroom. We had plenty of trash bags and even laundry pods. Our last rental in this park we were at the grocery store within the first day for supplies. The front door is electronic with a code, so much easier than keeping up with a key. Decor was up to date and appliances galore even though we ate out most of the stay, I would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future. »

« Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health.
