« Very cozy and charming little cottage. Comfortable even during a period of high heat. We kayaked and toured some distilleries and watched streaming British murder mysteries and played guitar.The first evening we had the dubious pleasure of enjoying the mating songs of the American road bike racer up and down the river for a bit, but otherwise it was pretty peaceful outside of the modest morning commuting traffic. »

« This cabin is the perfect vacation getaway! The cabin was so clean and beautifully decorated. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you would need to leave your worries behind. Tracy thought of everything you would need if you forgot to bring it; from snacks to bathroom needs. Tracy and Scott are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and accommodating. This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. It wasn’t too far from The Ark and Lexington. It is in a peaceful and beautiful...

« 6 of us all professionals in our late 50’s and 60’s had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful venue. Very clean and well appointed. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. Outdoorsy setting with a lovely creek flowing right outside. The brown water boys from Michigan truly enjoyed the venue and responsiveness of our hostess / host. Much appreciated! »

« 3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs. I have to say, the back porch was to die for….we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a nice pour of local bourbon in the evening. The host was great and easy to communicate with! We will be back and highly recommend 3 Roses Manor to anyone looking to...

« Came for a long weekend to do the bourbon trail with friends and stayed at The Blue Belle. House works great for 2 couples, had plenty of room plus having a 3rd bathroom was very nice. Overall very clean and well stocked except for forks but we weren’t home much so it didn’t matter. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants easily. Parking is on the street and the neighborhood is a little odd with a mix of industrial and other cute old houses. Felt safe, but was odd arriving at night and seeing...

« Phil was great at communicating and responding. The Victorian home was as described. You got the modern conveniences with the Victorian vibe all in one. Clean and plenty of amenities and extra blankets which I was grateful for. While it was secluded in the back, I would have liked blinds or shutters on the big bay windows for privacy where the kids were on the sleeper sofa. Otherwise it’s was perfect! »

« Such a cute little place with so many small details that make a big impact! It was perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of blankets and pillows, towels, etc. We loved it and thought it was so cute, comfy and cozy! We visited old town Frankfort and highly recommend Stainless-a mead brewery and The Cooperage-a quaint littl3bar with music, pool, darts and shuffleboard. »
