We had an amazing stay. Home is spacious allowing privacy for all but also lovely spaces to gather for meals & conversation. Outdoor deck & screened in porches added great opportunity to watch wildlife & visit. All needed services were very close & convenient.

We loved the cottage! We were in town for sports tournament and enjoyed the comforts waiting for us after long days at the gym! We loved the spacious layout, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing the house with us!

Overall it was a decent space to relax with friends. Kitchen was well appointed. Rugs were covered in dog hair. Multiple bulbs missing or burnt out. Smoke alarm kept beeping that took a 36 hour response. Mice chewing in the walls that can keep a person up at night. Overall was ok.

We enjoyed our stay with family over Thanksgiving. The house had several rooms to gather. Lovely views of the woods with access to Kroger’s across the street. Several hiking trails nearby that we enjoyed. House was clean inside, would have given it 5 stars, but the deck needed to be blown off and one picture window needed to be cleaned on the outside. We look forward to renting this property again.

We had a busy weekend racing BMX in Louisville. It was nice to come back to the quiet, peaceful place that provided the much needed rest and relaxation for the next days adventure. It was spacious and very comfortable for 2 families to share and enjoy.

Other than a few critters caught on traps when we arrived and a dirty grill without a grill brush the house was very clean. Very quiet area, close to stores. Loved screened-in porches!! Patio areas need weeding and overall maintenance including some railings for safety in some places. Would have been nice if property was completely fenced in for children to play outside. Would suggest providing some games and puzzles as well as some additional cookware. Property manager Erick was excellent and responded quickly to all questions and requests!! Very nice appliances, and bedrooms and bathrooms were modernized. Loved farm-style sink in kitchen.

This property was such a great place to stay! Convenient location to places we needed to go to. Safe and quiet place. Communication with the property manager, Erick, was superb! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the house was as described. It was easy to get to and there was a large circle drive where we could park our RV. Inside the home was clean but there was a musty odor and we had a few mouse friends in one of the rooms. This must be an ongoing problem since there were sticky traps in the closets. Each bedroom had comfortable mattresses with plenty of pillows and clean white linens. There were pull out beds in both of the living areas but the mattresses on those were not comfortable. The bathrooms had small soap/shampoo containers but they would not be enough for the amount of time we stayed. But we brought our own so it wasn't a big deal. We had 12 people staying at the house which was what we had listed when we booked but there weren't enough towels in all 3 bathrooms for us to each have a towel. We had to wash towels a few times in the 6 days we were there. All appliances were in perfect working order. The TVs in the living areas were huge and the kids were able to connect to the wifi with no problems. The outdoor areas were great, there was a grill on the patio but we didn't use it. The front yard was fenced and well kept. The back was a bit overgrown but the house is very close to the water and it was nice to sit on the back porches, we even saw a few deer. Overall we had a great stay and we would book this house again if we were in the area.

This property is very private and you feel like your in the middle of the woods but you are right in the heart of Prospect. Convenient to many stores and the river front. Lots of beautiful deer to watch. The house is very unique and great for large family get togethers or entertaining. The original log cabin part of the house is awesome. The master suite is huge and has a fantastic bathroom. A very spacious floor plan!
