« The rental unit was falling apart. I've never seen a dump like this place. There was a maintenance request from the previous renters (which was dated May 31, we got there June 4) that stated there were bed bugs. And a host of other problems. We left immediately after calling the properties management, who never responded. On a scale of 1 to 100 I'd give this place a 5. »

« Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you »

« The property was clean had great views of the ocean and was just perfect for my single child family we had a great time being able to walk to the ocean right out back and when the waves were a little more then we were ok with we just got in the pool just a completely fantastic stay we had an absolutely wonderful time and loved the condo we would definitely stay again and the sunrises were absolutely amazing »

« We enjoyed our stay at Virginia Beach. The location was excellent with beach access within a short walk across the street. Everything was there as listed and the place was clean and organized. Access to the property was convenient and everything we needed was within a short walk or drive. Our Property manager, Margie was very responsive to our needs and checked in to see if everything was working or if we needed anything. She replaced a grill that was not in good repair with a new one in time...

« Came into town for a soccer tournament. I wanted something nice for my girls. This property was so pretty inside and very convenient to restaurants and cafes. A little beach on the river to swim, and a pool. So much better than staying in a hotel. It was exactly what we needed and the communication was great. »
