Nous avons par contre trouver les ascenseur très long à monter et descendre, presque non fonctionnel, sur 3 ascenseurs en face, seulement un marchait temps plein, l’autre par intermittence. Un employé nous a fait passer par un ascenseur de service pour nous accommoder! Merci! »

« Stop d une nuit lors de notre Road trip. La chambre n était pas propre. Et il n y a pas de petit déjeuner comme mentionné. Il y a juste du café et du thé. »

« Room dirty asf, floors aren't moped, bath tubs very dirty and don’t drain, dirty towels and pillows, staff never at the front counter, had people waiting at the counter for over 10mins, no trash bins, reserved for a smoking room and they only have non-smoking, overall never again esp with the price they make people pay: »

« we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support...

« Lobby Area and Adjacent Hallways smell absolutely awful and the carpet are stained brown. Room smelled like bleach and had orange residue on floors. Kitchenette was working and other amenities were fine. »

« The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty. »
