Perfect location! Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and the iconic Neptune Statue! Walk to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Just blocks from the new SURF PARK opening summer 2025!

This condo is fully permitted by the City of Virginia Beach and meets/exceeds all safety requirements!

As you open the door you will know that you have all you need for an extraordinary vacation experience! The spacious interior is light and bright! 4 1/2" shutters provide the ideal light control when you want it.

You will truly appreciate the designer furnishings, the modern lighting, deliciously comfortable beds, the Roku Smart TV's (55" in living room, 43" in the Primary Suite and 32" in the secondary bedroom) as well as the convenience of the high speed internet! The primary bedroom overlooks the pool and has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. (Pool is open 9 am to 9pm Memorial Day Weekend thru September 27th.

Condo impeccable, superbe localisation et host +++

Je n'ai que du positif Ă  dire sur le condo de Cynthia. La propretĂ©, l'ameublement, l'Ă©quipement, la localisation : tout Ă©tait parfait. Le condo est identique aux photos. Cynthia est la meilleure "host" que nous ayons eu ! Elle est attentionnĂ©e et hyper proactive dans les communications. On avait l'impression de loger chez un proche parent ! Le condo est trĂšs bien situĂ© : 5 minutes de marche pour se rendre Ă  la plage et un gros Ă©picerie de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue oĂč on trouve absolument tout ce qu'on a besoin (c'est un vrai Ă©picerie, pas juste un dĂ©panneur). Des tonnes de restaurants Ă  proximitĂ© : aucun besoin d'utiliser la voiture durant le sĂ©jour. L'immeuble est aussi trĂšs tranquille et trĂšs bien tenu. Il y a un ascenseur et une piscine. Tout est propre, fraichement peinturĂ© et ça sentait bon mĂȘme dans les corridors ! La piscine Ă©tait aussi trĂšs propre et bien entretenue. TOUT Ă©tait positif. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous avons pris grand soin du condo, j'espĂšre que vous en ferez tout autant!

Check in not so good

Lovely place, very clean and decorated tastefully! Great location! The only problem we ran into was we had to wait two hours out in the hallway in front of the condo because Cynthia forgot to set the four digit number I provided into the lock to be able to enter. Up until this time, she was always very responsive, but she happened to be on vacation at this time and was obviously distracted. We were all extremely tired and had to use the restroom, and there are no additional restrooms in the Playna Rana (sp?)
 only ones in the individual condos, obviously. For this reason we had to ask someone who happened to be cleaning out another condo if they minded if we use the restroom there
which thankfully they did not mind. We were very excited just to get in unpack and rest after our 10 hour drive from north of Pittsburgh, PA. Again, in Cynthia‘s defense, she was on vacation. Would absolutely stay again!!

It was perfect!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Very clean, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed. The property is a block to the beach and you can walk to stores, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Host was super helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

Blissful and relaxing

Cynthia is hands down the best host I’ve ever interacted with. She took the time to reach out and explain the check in prior to the trip, and the communication provided made for an easy and seamless check-in. The place itself has wonderful decor, and everything was so clean and tasteful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and extra care was put in to the entire layout and experience. The location is absolutely perfect , just blocks from the beach and walkable to grocery, restaurant and shops. Perhaps the nicest host I’ve ever had, as Cynthia even mailed me back a forgotten item. My visit was work related, but I felt like I was on vacation due to vibe of this perfect apartment.

Perfection!

My teenaged daughter and I stayed at this lovely condo in late August and early September. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated with high quality furnishings. It was immaculate. The host is extremely thoughtful and left us gourmet treats to enjoy upon our arrival. The condo is spacious with a good sized living area and two decent sized bedrooms and baths. The condo has everything you could possibly need. A well stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in, linens, soaps and even disposable razors. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach pails for the kids. Family games in the living room and toys in the second bedroom. This place is magical. You will not regret booking it!

Amazing!!

We had an amazing stay! Our first trip to Virginia Beach and it won’t be our last. Proximity to everything was key for us and this location is perfect! Groceries across the street, an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk, as well as plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Having access to beach supplies (chairs, canopy and wagon) was so helpful and made the walk to the beach even easier. Our stay felt so much like home. Thank you Cynthia for hosting us, we look forward to returning!

This place is awesome!

This place is amazing. Beautifully and meticulously maintained, has everything you need, and the location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the grocery store. I cannot believe how clean this unit was considering it's a beach condo. Just fantastic. Cynthia truly enjoys renting this unit and it shows, down to the last detail. Bath and beach Towels, a beach tent, a large beach wagon, and toys were provided. Cynthia is so easy to work and communicate with, all that is asked is be reasonable and treat the place with respect. She even provided a bottle of wine and crumbl cookies as a surprise when we arrived. Keyless, self checkin and checkout were super convenient. This place is worth every penny, dont hesitate to stay here! The only constructive feedback I have are a few minor items that shouldn't deter anyone from staying here: - no broom for sweeping sand. there is a swiffer but a broom would be easier - kitchen trash can could be bigger - my wife likes an extra deadbolt on doors when we travel, and this unit only had the one keyless deadbolt lock. the area and building are safe and i dont think it's needed, but just something to note. All exterior doors to the building are always locked too, and there are security cams, so security is not an issue.

Receiving a chilled bottle of wine, cookies and a hand written note upon arrival made us feel welcomed. Property spotless upon arrival, beds very comfortable. The location is close to the beach and is within walking distance to many amenities. Providing a slow cooker for us to use was extremely helpful too! Would definately stay again!!

Perfect place for a beach vacation for our family of 4

Just returned home from our vacation in Virginia Beach at the Sea Glass Dream. Our trip could not have been better, and this property played a big role in that. Leading up to the trip, Cynthia (the Host/Owner) was very reachable via VRBO messaging, made check in very simple, and everything was as described. We were welcomed by a very nice welcome package with local snacks and treats for the kids. Some of the pre trip discussion was about supplying items for the beach, and everything we needed was available, including beach chairs, an easy to set-up beach canopy, as well as a beach wagon to transport them. And when the kids had enough of the beach, we were able to use the pool at the building. Although this unit was not ocean front, it was about as close as you can get, being only about 1 1/2 blocks to direct beach access. The condo is in a great location, not only due to the beach access, but also due to the availability of a grocery store across the street, which was great for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything that we needed, including a washer/dryer in the kitchen closet. Ample amounts of detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine were available. Condo was very clean, very comfortable, and was essentially perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids, 9, 10). We would highly recommend Sea Glass Dream for a family of 4 (might be a tight fit for more than 4), and would absolutely stay there again for a return visit!

Great location walkable to so many great places to eat and shop. Clean and inviting condo that was perfect for our family vacation! We felt at home. Location, Location, Location.

Just as described. Great location for getting to places @ VB. About 3 minutes to the beach. Very nice layout of the unit. Nice furnishings. Comfortable bedding. Groceries across the street. Beautiful rental..

When I choose a rental I am very picky since I want it to be very clean.This one exceded my expectations It was the best vacation rental that we had ! We all loved it! The house is modern and stylish with beautiful decorations. All the pictures are acurate. Everything was spotless! You have everything you need in this rental. The kitchen is very well equiped if you want to prepare a meal. The host is attentive and responds very fast if you have questions . She even provided us beach gear and towels. The location is perfect :close to the beach, restaurants ,boardwalk and grocery store. It is very quiet. The pool is perfect if you have small kids. We were touched by the thoughtfulness of the host who wanted to do last minute touches such as leaving us a bottle of wine in a bucket of ice and a box of good quality cookies. Perfect Stay!

We're very picky about the places we stay in for our vacations and I can honestly say this is the best rental we've ever stayed in! First, the location of the condo is great. Just a short walk to the beach, several restaurants and shops, and across the street from a grocery store. And when you get tired of the local activities, there is a nice relaxing pool at the condo! Next, condo itself is well setup and stocked for the renters. It included linens and towels, small soaps and shampoos, kitchen appliances and cookware, toiletries, etc. Even small toys and games for our kids to play with! Cynthia was able to provide us with a beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs, which made thing so convenient. Did I mention this was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in? Very impressed. We also appreciated the easy check-in/check-out process. Thanks to Cynthia for making the experience so positive!

Well Planned Accommodations

We have stayed in many condos in the Playa Rana. Cynthia’s checked all the boxes for a wonderful stay. She offered amenities that weren’t even listed if we would like them. We asked about a Keurig, and she willingly provided one for our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She always responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely look forward to renting from her again when we are back in Virginia Beach.

What a wonderful week!

Everything about this stay was just wonderful. Great communications with the owner before we got there. She was so accommodating and wanting to help us have a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we had a hand-written note welcoming us and making sure we had a contact number if there were any issues (we didn't have any issues). The condo was spotless, which is incredibly appreciated! We also were given a handy binder of information about the condo and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

10 star rating !!!

If I could give this condo a 10 star rating I would. First, Cynthia was outstanding and communicated with me on any questions I had. She was super helpful with tips for Virginia Beach, as this was our first time. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We even were welcomed with some treats when we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect. A 2 minute walk to to the beach and right across from the street from a grocery store, which was perfect fir my family. It’s super quiet there which was a huge bonus because the boardwalk can be loud so being a couple blocks off the main strip was great. Can’t say enough about this place and Cynthia. We will definitely be back and staying there again.
