« We had a lovely stay at Olinger House, and it's a friendly B&B experience for the introvert who does not necessarily want to engage in small talk throughout their stay. We were given access codes and breakfast information (not a group affair) prior to check-in and were able to keep to ourselves. The Lincoln suite was comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway. Location made walking an easy option for the majority of our excursions. »

« This B&B was beautifully decorated, lovely rooms. The back patio was very nice and gave a oasis feel even though you were in town. The location was great, within walking distance to the entire downtown. It has onsite parking which means you don't need to worry about paying or looking for parking. They made a fresh breakfast with a fully loaded coffee bar. 10/10 recommend. We definitely would stay again!! »

« My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath. Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their...

« The term "hotel" is a little misleading as it is more like an inn where there is no hotel staff onsite. An innkeeper greeted us to check us in and give us a tour of the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also visited the onsite restaurant, which was lovely. The food was excellent! Unfortunately, there were no real options for breakfast in town and no shopping or entertainment. If you stay here, be prepared for a quiet night in. »
