« The hotel intends to be super modern. However, they failed to deliver a reliable internet access. Moreover, I had to remind them their customer heatlh obligations, as there was no cleaning means at the gym. Otherwise, equipments are nice. »

« I spend an entire week at the Foshan Crowne Plaza Hotel. My average rating is very good. Everything is clean, comfortable. The food quality is a major advantage here from the restaurants (japanese one is so nice) and the breakfast or diner buffet. Their is a perfect ratio between chinese, japanese and european choices. We had some fun also with Christmas events (decoration, music, concert at the bar ...) and the welcoming lady dressed as Santa Mother at the buffet !! so cute. The hotel...

« It was a great experience that I had at this beautiful Sofitel hotel. The spacious rooms are very beautiful and very comfortable, the service was perfect, welcoming and very pleasant. Phoenix was exceptional and provided perfect service and very efficient service and took care of all details and made my stay very pleasant. I recommend this beautiful and welcoming hotel and I will book there again in the future. The location is perfect. I had again an amazing experience. Thank you to the hotel...

I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, the late-night noodles at 9 PM, and the solid...

« The hotel enjoys an excellent location, which is certainly one of its main highlights. However, the rooms would benefit greatly from a renovation, as they feel rather dated, particularly the bathrooms. For a five-star hotel, the overall room condition falls short of the standard one would expect. Additionally, the hotel may wish to reconsider its child breakfast policy. Using height rather than age to determine breakfast charges seems unconventional and differs from the practice adopted by most...

« The hotel service is very friendly. It is located in the center of Tianhe District, and the transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway entrance. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The public areas are neat and elegant. The room layout is simple and generous. The hygiene is in place. The bedding is soft and the sleeps very soundly. Focus on the breakfast. The variety of dishes is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles,...
