« This was the WORST hotel I stayed in, the location is beyond difficult to find and once I arrived the room looked nothing like the photos and the room was very dingy. I politely asked to receive a refund and they refused to respond to the Expedia representative. 0/10 would not recommend, the photos don't match the actual room, the bed is unstable if you even sit on the bed it will move which is a big safety hazard. »

« Excellent hotel , very clean, personal are amazing, i loved the breakfast too I will go back there for sure but i wont take face to bridge view, its very dirty view on the side of the main interance the hotel. »

« Kitchen needs more cleaning, and maybe provide some pots and dishes for guests to use to cook. »

« Just me staying, room service everyday, staff spoke enough English, lots of food places around the building including KFC and McDonald. Taxi anytime around the building. »

« What Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival.
