« Reservation was cancelled at a ridiculous time. 12.50am (almost 1am) & over the Easter weekend so I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to see why reservation was cancelled. I had to get my 2 kids up 10months & 1years old because I woke up to change my child nappy & feed her & received the email that our reservation had been cancelled. So overall wasn’t happy with the stay well wasn’t a stay as reservation was cancelled 8-9hours after check in. »

« Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

« L’hôtel est bien situé : commerces à proximité, proche d’Auckland et des parcs. C’est notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel : déception cette fois-ci pour un séjour de 10 jours aucun ménage, pas de changement de draps, les serviettes propres ( quand ils y pensaient) étaient posées sur la table basse du salon ( les serviettes sales toujours dans la salle de bain). Le sol n’a pas été nettoyé du séjour. Je ne comprends pas une telle baisse de prestations, j’apprécierais cet hôtel au bon rapport...

« The check-in was contact list. It was a very easy check-in. We received an email with door code and that was it. It was a lovely property. It is located in a gray area. There is shopping real close by and on the corner. There was a nice little tea and coffee shop. Location was great. Everything worked nicely. The kitchen was nice to cook in. The beds were extremely comfortable . I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this accommodation. »

« The holiday house was spacious and had everything you needed from kitchen necessities, bedding, laundry washer and dryer, and all the comfort's of home. The amount of luxurious bathrooms make life easy for a large group. The modern layout made it easy to clean. I would highly recommend this gorgeous holiday house. »
