« Do not book this property on vybro , got there for a concert only to find the owners "didnt know about my booking " didnt get access to property, had to book a hotel 30 miles out as none were left in the area due to the concert »

« The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. »

« Property itself was a good sign with pretty much everything you needed. Unfortunately we found underwear on the radiator and food in the freezer, as well as a slug on the pillow so it didn't make for the best experience. It also states there is parking however there is not and that made life quite difficult for us (parking is chargeable in the local train station a 5 minute walk away) It is also rather loud being on a main street. Cottage made it sound like there may be a bit of quiet but it was...

« Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! »
