« The Tenant House is a cute farm house nestled in the beautiful finger lakes region of Bloomfield. It was comfortable, extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely accommodating. We will definitely visit again. »

« Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash. »

« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« Cons: Old dirty rooms. No maid came during our 2 nights stay. Dirty carpets Stained bedsheets Limited towels Breakfast not properly refilled. Several options missing. Limited seating area for breakfast. Dirty. Very small pool. Pros: Marcelo’s the best at front desk. Always smiling and helpful! »
