« The place is for sale, with a huge sign out front in the poorly maintained driveway. Once you get into the building, you notice right away it needs a lot of TLC. Entering the room, it smells musty and hasn’t been updated since the early 00’s. The bedding was stained and the floors weren’t vacuumed. Once I took a shower, I found puke dried on the trash can by the toilet and used wash clothes hanging on top of the shower Rod. « The hotel was very ran down. The pool was not operational and had algae in it. The room had cockroaches and was filthy. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. I was so unhappy about my stay. I will never stay there again and will alert all my contacts to never ever ever stay there either. »

« The owners were super nice. The house was spacious and super clean. Has full frig, microwave, washer/dryer, and tv. The queen bed was not the most comfy but was adjustable. There is a firepit on the property but we only stayed one night so we didn't have time to use it. The location is quiet but located 30 miles from anything on a curvy road. »

« The pool and serving staff in the restaurant and coffee bar were friendly and did a good job. Our room wasn’t cleaned 4 of the 5 days we stayed at the resort. Towels were replaced everyday and trash was emptied. Staff at front desk could have been friendlier and asked how things were going. We liked the quiet location and ate frequently at Gators, next door. Probably would not stay here again. »
