« What a great place to stay »

« Room was semi clean and bedsheets seemed new or at least clean. The whole property is just really run down and reminded me of a summer camp horror movie. »

« There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. »

« Check in and out was easy. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking seemed safe. I will definitely stay here again. »

« The breakfast buffet has amazing fresh fruit and dinner was also very good. Nice bar area. The pool wasn't open for the season yet but looked like a good place to hang out. Our room has a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in our room was very loud and has difficulty cooling the room. »

« Horrible stay - mouse poop on the floor, bugs in the jetted tub and I have bed bug bites- we should have left when we seen the poop- horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here »

« The hot tub was broke , the hot tub was the reason i booked at this property and disappointed to find it broke when we went to check in »

« We seen a roach in our room. The pool did not have enough chlorine in it I actually caught i really bad ear infection after visiting. The hot tub does not work and is not in service. They do serve breakfast we spent the weekend down there because we were visiting my husband who is incarcerated the stay was ok for the price i guess. »

« I was not made aware at the time of booking that the property was under construction and that the amenities were all closed. »

« Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. »
