« My family stopped in for 1 night while headed home. The staff was really nice and they accomated my dogs by giving me a room close to the doors so it wasnt to far to walk. The breakfast was great. There wasn't anything I would change and I would recommend them over any other hotel in in the lake of ozarks »

« Bed was not up to expectations as one of our rooms didn't have bedspread on it (just sheets); plus they were harder than my preference. Same room also was missing a remote however they quickly provided one. Staff was truly amazing so sweet & helpful for anything & everything. Breakfast was typical & good. Pool was awesome; wish the hot tub was working. »

« First! The staff was amazing and so helpful! We arrived a little early and they got us a room quickly. We walked down the hall with a strong Odor of Marijuana. We went in our room and it had a strong smell of pee. After looking around room the chair had goop on it, and behind chair was maybe shorts and underwear (I did not stay long to check). Went and the staff was extremely helpful and moved us quickly. New room was good nice view of the lake. »
