« Very nice gated neighborhood with a golf course and small private pool. The house was equipped with all the necessary facilities. Check in and check out was simple. I wish the entry to the gated community was more detailed in the booking but the security handled it well. The golf cart was perfect for a quick ride to the beach. »

« Fantastic LOCATION (on the canal, very close to beach, bay, amenities). GOLF CART was great to have, really enjoyed that being included in price. Home and furniture were showing wear. Did NOT appreciate having to do the work of housekeeping service: remove sheets, towels, take out trash, run dishwasher, etc. This is not something a paying guest should have to do in a paid rental. »

« Host communicated before and during the trip to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She also responded to messages promptly. The house (the bathrooms especially) was super clean. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and more. There is a large pool, playground and basketball court directly across from the condo. Having a golf cart to take us to the beach access everyday was such a nice bonus! 10/10 recommend booking this rental! »

« The home on the advertisement was not the picture of the home we stayed in. The kitchen sink has a hole in the faucet line. The washer smelled like mildew and has cake up residue and hair. There was a lot of dust on the side of the fridge, washer and dryer. There was stsnding water in the dishwasher. The oven wasn't clean so my daughter cleaned it before use. »
