« Nice, quiet area. We arrived later on a Saturday night and it was so quiet. It was a nice change from staying in a high rise like we usually do. Condo size accurate to pictures. There were some "blemishes" that I reported so I wouldn't get blamed for (stains on comforter, cracked window, food crumbs under coffee table and couch). Very easy process to report via text. Dryer took forever to dry clothing, but we adjusted how we did laundry to accommodate. There are no curtains in the main bedroom...

« The location was great. We have rented several in the same section and loved it. This particular listing was just not maintained for the cost of the condo. I’m not sure if it’s mainly just issues with the management company or the upkeep of the condo. 1. The condo was not cleaned well outside of the basic cleaning. Drink splatters all over the wall and food stuck to dishes and pots was an issue. 2. Cable was not working. I’m assuming due to it being disconnected from not paying. 2 TVs...

« We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is a clean and comfortable space with a fenced backyard for our little dog. Sandestin is a peaceful resort near 30A, Destin, and PCB where we have made many memories over the years. »
